The all-new FC4200 series flatbed cutting plotters from Graphtec are available in two useful sizes - the A2-size FC4200-50, and A1-size FC4200-60.

600 g of cutting force makes easy work of thick, hard materials.
Sandblast rubber for masonry and sign templates. Or cut thick, stiff card for shoe-making CAD applications - how about slicing right through stencil card for spray-painting labels on oil drums? 

Flatbed configuration cuts media that you can't use with a grit-rolling cutting plotter.
Including media that doesn't have a backing sheet, and rigid card stock that cannot be bent. Handles thick sandblast rubber, and short lengths of vinyl, card, or rubber!

Versatility:
The pen carriage holds a plotting pen as well as a cutter so that you can draw a test plot prior to cutting without the need to exchange pens. And check out the FC4200's ability to auto-sense printed registration marks for easy contour cutting around each outline.

The FC4210-60 cutting plotter is a tabletop or floor standing (option) intermediate-format flatbed cutting plotters capable of processing various material with accuracy compliant to most industry requirements for pattern making. 

With a maximum cutting force of 600g, the FC4200 series provides economical solutions for cutting thick, hard materials that cannot be processed with a friction-feed cutting plotter.

The FC4210-60 comes with a standard RMS (registartion mark sensor) for contour cutting of pre-printed graphics.

Cutting Master 2
This plug-in software allows direct cutting from graphics applications. For higher productivity, create graphics or text in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw, then simply output directly to the plotter.

Versatile software D-Cut Master
This software reads a DXF file in the AutoCAD R13 format and then enables data display, deleting, sorting, changing of the output order, specification of output setting, and saving functions as well as creation of GP-GL plot data and output to a plotter.

ARMS Advanced Registration Mark Sensing system
The powerful ARMS (Advanced Registration Mark Sensing system) feature simplifies contour cutting of printed images as well as significantly improving overall productivity for contour cutting items such as labels or stickers

Creasing functions
2-Tool Mounting for Easy Switching
Two tools can be mounted at the same time for easy switching. If you mount the cutter plunger and the creasing tool at the same time, you can perform both cutting and scoring operations without having to exchange tools.
